I want a cream that contains Retin- A and Vitamin K, to kind of "plump" the skin under my eyes because it's too thin, and my dark circles are chronic
Also i want the cream to be safe to use with contact lenses and makeup (I use concealer under my eyes everyday so i need something that won't cause my concealer to smudge)
