My contact lens is the monthly ones. I'm a little confuse on how to count the expiration date? Someone told me that I should count the number of times I wore it but since I rarely wear it.Do I still have to throw it away if for example I have only used it 5 times time in a month? Or can I still use it even after the month ends ?
