If I buy these glasses:

Would they be high quality enough to bring in to Lenscrafters or Walmart or somewhere to put prescription lenses in? I have contacts, so I would wear these at most like a few days per month, if even that. I want them cheap. I can't find the kind I want on any cheap online prescription glasses places. How much would it be to get prescription lenses put in somewhere?
Any info it appreciated
