Okay i went to the eye doctor today and literally spent most of my time trying to my contacts in both eyes, i hate when things have to touch my eye because i get scared when things touch my eye and my eye pupil.i'm not used to things touching my eye, so i really need to get contacts but i'm too afraid to let them touch my eyes, i was getting close to let it touch it but my eyes always shut fast and then i get scared, and frustrated at the same time, i really really really need help on how to do so please!!! any advice?
