So I've started wearing Ciba vision dailies and I'm going on a trip to Australia soon and my flight is about 16 hours. Theres a stop in the middle in a different city. I want to wear my contacts but Ive read that it's not good to wear them for more than 8 hours a day?
I don't want to wear my glasses and I really need to wear my contacts.
Is it ok if I wear them continuously?
