Ok so last year in august i got a new pair of glasses they have transition lenses (i love my transitions) so they got scratched badly and my frame broke in half (everything is plastic the frame and the lenses) so can i replace this with health insurance? I really need my glasses my sight is bothering me my eyes are sensitive towards the sun
