I just got contacts yesterday so I'm still getting used to all of this stuff.
I put my contacts in the case with Opti-Free solution and left it overnight. Now that it's morning and I'm going to put them in, can I just take them out of the case and wear them? Do I have to rinse them or change the solution before putting them in?
