The sterile solution that contacts come in, does it kill ALL bacteria? I ask because I bought some contacts but one was contaminated because it infected one of my eyes after the first wear and I know FOR SURE I did nothing wrong. I emailed the company and they refuse to give me a replacement because "they sent it in sterile solution so it is impossible for it to have been contaminated." Is that true? Should I keep pressing to get my replacement?
