My brand says to take them out every night before I go to bed, but I always forget.So they end up staying in my eyes for like 3 days at a time before I remember again.Is it bad that I do this? What are the dangers of doing this? I mean there's other brands that are made for you to wear them for a whole month before taking them out. Thanks!
