New to contacts: dropping them and disinfecting them?

I'm new to wearing contact lenses and am wearing 1 Day Acuvue lenses (daily disposable ones).

I struggle putting them in my eye, so as I was putting it in my left eye, the lens touched my lashes and fell on the floor. I went to get a new one cause I was half blind and couldn't find it on the floor, put a new one in, and then immediately found it on the floor.

I picked it up, rinsed it with saline solution and rubbed it, then kept it in a contact case with Biotrue multipurpose solution.

Will it be safe for me to use tomorrow?
