Hi I just got my new glasses but they are really big standard plastic lenses and I just hate them I want to get high index lenses and was wondering what number lenses should be suitable I am -6.50 in both eyes and I want to make my glasses look thin as possible is 1.74 a good number for high index will that make them look normal?
