My left upper eye lid has been twitching on and off all day for 5 days now. Before the twitching began I also started having headaches. I'm a 19 year old female. I have an unhealthy diet and don't drink water but my bmi is healthy. I have been wearing soft contact lenses for at least 2 years with no problems and i am careful. I do however wear eye makeup and often rub my eyes and I use my phone a lot. I am short sighted. What is wrong with my eye? Will it just stop eventually? What can I do? Would really appreciate help.
