I am wearing glasses from last six months. I have used contact lenses before that for a 8 or 9 months. I feel my eye power increase fast. On my eye sight check my eye sight was -1.75 and -1.25. I don't like to wear glass so i remove it often so that my eye may get strained, do this will make my eye power increase more?
