I am planning to wear contact lens to replace my glasses, and I wanted to know if there will be any bad side effects. I have heard people say if you look at sun or bbq fire with contact you will damage your eyes. Also, if you sleep with your contact lens on, you will not be able to open your eyes in the morning and you will need a small surgical procedure to take out the lens and all.
I wanted to know if it will hurt and will it be bad for my eyes in the long term.
Also, when your wearing contact lens your suffocating the pores in the eyes, so will these have bad effects?
