I have lazy eye and I'm tired of having thick lenses with bug eyes.

Sphere (SPH) Cylinder (CYL) Axis PD
Right Eye (OD ) +5.50 -0.75 170 32.5
Left Eye (OS) +4.25 -0.50 10 32.5
Lens upgrades- Single Vision, As Thin as possible (1.74)
Eye Protection and Eyeglasses- Anti-Scratch
^ That is the description of my prescription + the lenses I ordered. Even though I got them "As thin as possible," they are still pretty thick with my eyes looking like I'm looking through a magnifying glass. Is there any possible way to stop that and keep my current prescription?
