I'm 20 and I have very strong glasses that are about 3 cm thick. Dose this sort of prescription hurt my eyes because when I'm looking through the lens straight it looks fine but if I look to the left or right of my lens it looks like the edge of a strong lens from the front. Also when I look to the left or right I get a headache and my eyes hurt
Please help!!!
