Hi well basically I have my contact lenses appointment tomorrow and i am really nervous and scared. Last year my appointment went dreadfully as I just couldn't get the lens in and control my blink reflex my eyes would just automatically close! I'm nervous that it's going to be the same this year because I have tried to practise at home by touching my eyes but it just won't happen! Someone please help me! Thank you
