I'm thinking of buying an expensive pair of prescription sunglasses.My glasses prescription is quite strong (-5.75) and I usually get thin lenses for them. Will I need thin lenses for my sunglasses? I don't mind the glasses being slightly heavier but I do not want to have the "magnified eye" look. This surely isn't a problem with sunglasses though as they are tinted and you can't see the eye anyway, right?
Added (1). I was under the impression that a strong prescription made your eyes look really big to other people.So it's really just about how comfortable it is? Ok thanks for clearing that up!
