In what power does the human eye see the world?

From my understanding, when you magnify something, the unit is in powers of 10.

Well, what "power of 10" does the naked eye see?

I'm just asking because I was thinking,

What if we could see light years across

OR

What if we could see down to the quantum level.

Would Newtonian mechanics existed? How about Einstein's theory of relativity. … what would the laws of physics say?

I think we should take this into consideration. These magnitudes exist … even though we don't see them day to day.

I'm also curious as to how a lens works. Is it the atoms arranged inside the lens itself? Is it the light passing through it? … etc
