About 9 years ago and before then I cataracts (born with them), eye lens implants, laser eye surgery, my vision with glasses in my left eye is 20/400, right eye is 20/30, I don't have cataracts anymore, what's the chance of getting waivers approved for those in 4 years (any branch)?
