I have the one day contacts and I was wondering how long I can leave them in the solution. I was thinking about putting them in the solution at night, so when I wake up for school, it'll already be ready. The time they'll be in there will be around 7 or 8 hours until I wake up. Is it ok to leave the contacts in the solution?
