Ok so I ordered contact lenses for $42.80 and the wedsite only uses paypal. So after i got that done it says the order has been made click here to pay paypal so i did. And paypal wanted $49 and i went what! So do i have to have that amount in my bank to get the lenses because i only had the total $42.80 in my bank. Will paypal only work if i had $49 in my bank. PLS help.
