For my fourth year project I have been assigned the task of designing a setup where I attempt to find the power of a contact lens using a Twyman-Green Interferometer. I have ani idea of placing the contact lens in some kind of cuvette with a salene solution and then passing the light through it. But will the cuvette and saline solution affect the results or will I have to take them into account?
