So I recently went to a different eye store to the one I had been going to and received my current glasses from. They told me my glasses were -1.25 and that I was now -3.75. The thing is, my old optometrist told me they changed my lenses to -2.50. If they send me a copy of the results of my last test and they indeed prescribed -2.50 lenses and did not change them, could I sue them or make a claim against them? If I can, could you provide an estimate of how much money I would receive in Australia?
