I bought some brightly colored eyeglass frames online for cheap (less than $5, made in China). I had some prescription lenses put in them and I love the style. However the optician said that they might have lead paint, and they might shatter and damage my eyes. I did notice that some of the color leaks off and stains my face. But I like the glasses a lot and can't find the style elsewhere.Is it possible the frames are going to be harmful to my health?
Added (1). I should add that I did not purchase the frames from the optician. He only put the lenses in, and advised me to ditch the glasses
