I am going to MEPS for the Air Force next wednesday and thursday, I got a copy of my prescription today:
O.D: SPH = -75, CYL = -100, AXIS = 90
O.S: SPH = -175, CYL = -50, AXIS = 70
Someone told me on an earlier question that I have astigmatism which I never knew but I looked it up and it is not severe enough for disqualification from the Air Force. However I am wondering how my prescription relates to a Snellen chart, the qualifications are:
(1) 20/40 in one eye and 20/70 in the other eye, (2) 20/30 in one eye and 20/100 in the other eye, or (3) 20/20 in one eye and 20/400 in the other eye with corrective lenses.
