I opened my contact case to put my contacts in and one of them wasn't in there! I have a doctor appointment tomorrow to get new ones but it's after school and that was the earliest they could get me in. I have glasses but I don't like to wear them to school because I'm scared people will judge me and think I am a fake. I am so stressed about this because my self esteem is so low. I really need to relax so do you have any ways to help me? PLEASE HELP ME! SUPER STRESSED!
