I wear soft contacts- monthly ones. I put them on in the morning and take them off at night every day. Also, If I take them off, my eyes feel very uncomfortable and itchy so I have to put them on to feel better. I was just wondering if it is harmful to my eyes wearing them everyday for the entire day?
