Hi I got my glasses today and just need a general introduction on using them.my power on the right and left eyes are -0.5 DC and -0.75 DC, respectively.my optician wrote down for me to use the glasses as "regular use".My glasses are prescribed as "unifocal, constant use" What exactly does that mean? Should I wear them all day except for sleeping and showering?
I have checked my glasses, they fit good and things are more clear when I wear them so the prescription and lenses match.
How should I adjust to the glasses for the first few days?
