I am 20 years old and i have a poor vision -4.25 left & -4.50 right eyes. Two doctors commanded me for using contact lenses and i am using glasses last 3 years.My mom and dad never want that i wearing lenses because both of them says that lenses could harm the eyes. Because he listen it from the neighbors & friends that it harms your eyes because their kids were using contact lenses and it will be harmed their eyes.It is true??? Can i wearing lenses or not???
