Is a wrong PD (pupil distance) bad?

I bought a pair of Oakley Rx glasses online and the vision seemed odd at first when I tried them on. After wearing them all day, I seem to have gotten used to them (more or less), but I'm still concerned. I wrote my PD as 65mm, but it might actually be 66mm or 67mm. Is this bad? Will it worsen my vision? Will it worsen astigmatism, or anything like that? Can it cause an eye disorder?
Here's my prescription:
OD: -6.25 (spherical) spn (cylindrical)
OS: -5.25 (spherical) -0.25(cylindrical) 120(axis)
