Basically i stupidly took the lenses out and i couldn't get them back in again, so i searched it online and some people were saying to warm the frame in warm/hot water… so i did.
It didn't really work but i managed to get the lenses in somehow.
I told my dad about it and he told me that the plastic will now be bad for my eyes… i NOW know that the hot water is not recommended because it discolours and weakens the plastic, BUT is it now bad for my eyes as well? is it better to just get new glasses? although i don't really care about the discolouration/weakening part.
