Is it really bad to rinse out your soft lenses in water for a couple seconds to get the little particles out? I NEVER store them in water or put the contact in after having them directly in water. I put the contacts back in the solution before I put them in my eye, is it still bad? My eyes never feel bad after but maybe that's still not good?
