Hi I wear contact lenses my optician says that I should wear them around 8 hours a day. I recently went for a checkup and another optician said that I can exceed this time if I want some days but perhaps have a few more days off from them on weekends perhaps! I'm asking really any opticians out there should I stick to this time limit strictly or if I wore them 9 or 10 hours per day (typical college day) would that be a problem if I didn't wear them at the weekends?
