So i got contact lenses a couple weeks ago. I usually take them out at night, put them in some opti free replenish, and let them sit. When I put them in, I take them straight out of the solution and place them in my eye. I heard that you are supposed to rinse them before putting them in? Is this true? Why? And how exactly do you do that?
