1: coffee with 1/3 cup almond milk + 1 heaping tablespoon of brown sugar
2: coffee with 1/3 cup sugar-free flavored coffee creamer from a brand like International Delight.
I drink at least 2 cups of coffee per day. I don't have any dietary restrictions and I'm very healthy overall. I'm thin and active. I know that the healthiest way to drink coffee would be black or with just a splash of milk but I don't like it that way; I'm not looking for the healthiest way to have coffee, just the healthier option out of the two above. :) Thanks. :)
