I'm vegan, but my family does my support this. I'm a tween still, but I've been vegan for almost a month. I'm 12 and I only weigh 70-80 lbs! My mother never buys good protein sources except meat, and I can't eat eggs for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day of my life. At school there's a meat free option, but I'm starting to question the ingredients… XD! How can I get the protein I need without eating eggs and school lunches forever?
(My mother "forgets" bread every time she goes to the store, even if I put it on the shopping list, so bread is not an option.)
