I went to the optometrist a few days ago and my prescription hadn t changed except for a mild astigmatism. I usually wear contacts (but I also wear glasses at home). She said that my astigmatism is too mild to correct with contact lenses. However, I got new glasses and they re making me feel dizzy and my head kinda hurts. Has anyone experienced a similar issue? Would it be better to just keep both glasses and contacts with a consistent prescription (i.e. No astigmatism correction)?
