I'm gonna be getting new glasses soon. I really like those "nerd" or "hipster" styled glasses with the big thick frames, but my prescription usually ends up with pretty thick lenses.
I'm farsighted and have astigmatism; the sphere for both eyes is around 5.50 or 5.75, the cylinder for both around -2.25 or -2.50, and the axis is about 175 in one eye and 22 in the other.
Would I be able to get the type of frames I like or will they end up being too thick and/or heavy? Should I just keep opting for smaller lenses? Thanks!
