i just got contacts and putting them has been easy but i can never get them out i have been trying for 3 hours i tried eye drops rubbing my eyes and making myself cry but the lens wont move i also try to slide it off but it wont move and i am gettung so frustrated because at this point i am getting tired but really dont want to go to sleep in them also when i try to slide it or pinch it i blink almost everytime my finger gets too close so i cant move it what do i do
