I wear hard contact lenses and I always put eyeliner on my water line in the mornings before school. The thing is, during the day my contacts get smudged really bad and I literally can't see anything! Then when I come back home, I take off my contacts and see the black smudge on it. I use l'oreal liquid pencil eyeliner. What should I do? Put on eyeliner first and then contacts? Or vise versa?
