Eye is half shut, red, watery, and irritated?

So I was watching tv and went to lie down, then my eye became very itchy and irritated so I went to go check it out in a mirror and saw my eye half shut, red, watery, and felt very irritated. At first I thought it was my contact lens but I then took it out, still was irritated so I thought I may have had another contact lenses in there but didn t see one. It looks really strange and was wondering any ways to get this healed. Thanks
