Can I wear extended wear lens contacts after an eye infection?

So on friday i had a very minor eye infection. I've been using drops and today it's completely cleared up, thank god. I use extended wear contacts lenses which last a month. Before the eye infection id been wearing them about 2 weeks, taking the advised days off, and i got an eye infection. As soon as I noticed my eye going red i took them out and put them in solution. Can i now put those same contacts back in? Will the solution have cleaned them or do i need to put a new pair in?
Thanks in advance.
