Glasses Frames damaged by eye doctors clinic?
Added (1). I have had my frames since 2011 and when I brought them in to get new lenses, I got them back with scrapes on the frame (not the lenses). Because they are a discontinued the frame the clinic can't replace them with a copy… Can I ask for new frames and if so, will I be able to keep the frames I bought years ago?
