Calculate the frequency, speed, and wavelength?

Question
A simplified representation of the crystalline lens in a human eye show it to have a cortex (outer layer) of Ncortex = 1.386 and a nucleus (core) of Nnucleus = 1.406. If a beam of monochromatic light of wavelength 590 nm is directed from air through the front of the eye and into the crystallin lens, calculate the frequency, speed, and wavelength of light in air, the cortex, and the nucleus
