Citalopram - dilated pupils and blurry vision?


I've been taking 20mg of citalopram for five days now. One of the side effects I have is dilated pupils and mild, intermittent blurry vision. I've read that these are side effects of citalopram. The muscles that control pupil dilation and movement of the lens to focus are affected. What I want to know is, can either of these things cause damage to the eye? I'm worried that they might. Also, will these side effects subside with time? I don't want them permanently.
