I normally wear contacts, so I don't know much about refractive index. I want to buy browline glasses. Since the frame is metal on the bottom part, I am concerned about lens thickness. All my other glasses in the past have been full rim plastic frames. The browline frame measures at 52-18-135.

OD: -3.00, -0.50 x 95
OS: -3.25
Which index(1.56, 1.6, 1.67) is the most suitable for thin lenses and good vision with my prescription?
