I wear -4.00 dailies contact lenses and was wondering if reading books with them in and looking at objects kind of close to my eyes such as my phone is bad for my eyes? Because i feel like i have to focus my eyes more when i read than i do without contacts in. I dont mind i was just wondering if it is ok.
