I am air-pistol shooter which requires me to focus on Sight Picture about.75 meter away. But my eye tends to focus on far distance target which impacts my shooting. I have to make extra effort to focus on near-distance sight.
Senior shooters has advised me to wear +.75 diopter lens which will make my eyes focus on near sight automatically. I dont need to wear spectacles as my sight is perfect.
Would it harm my eyes if I wear a lens of.75 power 3 hours daily.
