Where can I buy these blue circles lens(for cosplay)?

I was trying and trying and trying my best to find super solid-ish bright blue eyes for my cosplay and i finally found it… But on a cosplayer. So i have attached a picture and if you know where i can get the same one then please tell me! Thanks!
